• The envelope containing the application form should be superscripted- “Application for for the Post of Recruitment as ……………………….
• Submit your completed application in the designated tender box at the office by 15 October 2026 between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
• Applicants must provide a refundable security deposit of Rs. 50,000/- for NSG-1 and NSG-2 stations or Rs. 25,000/- for other categories, payable to the Sr. Divisional Finance Manager, Ambala Cantt, via Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit, or Money Receipt. This deposit is refundable upon contract completion after adjusting any pending dues, but it will be forfeited if the facilitator expresses an inability to operate the machine after being engaged.
• Security Deposit (सुरक्षा राशि – बाद में देनी होती है):
• जो बड़ी रकम सिक्योरिटी डिपॉजिट के रूप में जमा होती है (Rs. 50,000/- for Ambala Cantt, and Rs. 25,000/- for other station), वह आपको शुरुआत में फॉर्म के साथ नहीं देनी होती। यह राशि आपको तब जमा करनी होती है जब आपका सिलेक्शन हो जाता है और रेलवे आपको Letter of Award (LOA) यानी सिलेक्शन लेटर जारी कर देता है। काम शुरू करने से पहले (Letter of Award मिलने के 15 दिनों के भीतर) आपको यह सिक्योरिटी डिपॉजिट जमा करना होता है।
